Job Summary:

The Project Manager & Governance Admin is responsible for managing various projects for the Credit Administration team. This role will prepare routine governance, regulatory and management reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data per our internal and external policies and regulations.
  • Works closely with the Chief Credit Officer on assigned projects.
  • Prepare reports for management and governance, including but not limited to the loan loss reserve and monthly & quarterly board reports.
  • Manage a variety of routine and administrative portfolio reporting functions, including daily and monthly loan reports, monthly Business Credit Card reports, and the Annual BCC, ACH/RDC, and SWAP reviews.
  • Assist the Chief Credit Officer with problem loan tracking and management.
  • Compiles and submits information for audit, loan review and exams and research issues.
  • Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position.
  • Foster and preserve a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of credit administration, commercial, or other relevant banking experience.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Desire and ability to organize and analyze complex financial information.
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft 365 products.
  • Capability to work and collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and professional manner.

Working Conditions:
Duties are performed in a professional office environment.
