Customer Service Specialist for Automotive Services

Key Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, your primary role will be to ensure that all service department work orders are efficiently opened, maintained, reviewed, and finalized, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks will include overseeing service and warranty work orders, facilitating shop workflow, checking in equipment for repairs, and assisting customers. To excel in this position, you should enjoy teamwork, prioritize customer service, and maintain a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new software applications.
- Strong customer relations and communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
