Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings as established by management.
- Welcome customers promptly and gather vehicle details.
- Inform customers about necessary services for regular maintenance.
- Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues through customer inquiries or visual inspections.
- Schedule and provide estimates for vehicle services and repairs.
- Discuss inspection results with customers, recommend corrective actions, and prepare work orders for necessary repairs.
- Prepare and clarify repair orders, detailing time, costs, and labor estimates for services.
- Advise customers on vehicle care and the importance of adhering to manufacturer maintenance specifications.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize repeat issues.
- Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction, consistently demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive experience preferred.
- Genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Proven leadership in service with verifiable CSI scores.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
