Position Overview

Role Summary: The customer service specialist is tasked with coordinating service appointments in the service department and promoting additional services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating as established by the service manager
  • Welcome clients in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Engage with clients to identify mechanical concerns
  • Gather precise customer and vehicle information
  • Advise clients on vehicle maintenance and care
  • Inform the dispatcher of incoming tasks
  • Provide cost estimates for labor and parts
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

To excel in this role, an individual must effectively perform each essential duty. Qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
