Position Title:
Customer Service Agent

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting Android app developers with their inquiries related to app publishing on the Play Store. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting code-level issues and providing support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve app-level API implementations and associated challenges.
2. Deliver support to Play Developers via email and real-time chat.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
4. Contribute to the development and upkeep of online documentation for Play.
5. Identify support needs and engage in projects aimed at enhancing support tools and processes.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, providing support through phone, email, or live chat.
- At least 1 year of experience in programming or API-level technical support.
- Proven track record of quickly identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with the app industry and interest in mobile application development.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Understanding of customer support best practices and success metrics.
