Role Summary
The Senior Manager of Implementation Operations will spearhead the launch initiatives for large-scale warehouses and distribution centers. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Executive Leadership, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, and IT, as well as external partners, to establish the necessary infrastructure and processes for successful operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and enforce standards through methodologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engage actively in projects, addressing any challenges that arise during execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate a smooth transition from acquisition to implementation.
- Serve as the primary contact for partner-related implementation issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Establish a capacity planning process to align resources with project needs.
- Implement efficient workflows and standardize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and team members.
- Partner with Human Resources to support the hiring process, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
- Build strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- As the organization grows, oversee the development of a team of project managers and implementation staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role managing delivery resources.
- At least 8 years of experience in implementation and team management.
- Minimum of 5 years in large-scale warehouse management.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
