Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Adecco. This role will be responsible for ensuring all HR functions are carried out at the plant level for two facilities, located approximately 20 miles apart.

This position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, life, dental, disability, and 401K.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing facility with interaction with employees on the manufacturing floor
  • Payroll, benefits, and employee relations expertise in a manufacturing facility
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels, from plant leadership to front-line supervisors to laborers
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, HR certifications preferred
