Senior Account Executive Job Description

At Orange Barrel Media, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key liaison between our company and esteemed advertising partners, you'll play a pivotal role in forging strong relationships, crafting strategic advertising proposals, and closing deals that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls
  • Target industries for annual, seasonal, and short-term advertising buys
  • Develop and present customized proposals and agreements to clients
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to create effective advertising campaigns
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to achieve win-win results
  • Grow and maintain a strong client base
  • Maintain excellent external and internal relationships
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Previous experience in OOH, digital, or broadcast media is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
