About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven individual to join our DTC Growth and Retention Analyst Program. As a key member of our team, you will work across the full stack of DTC growth efforts, including customer acquisition, digital performance marketing, media buying, retention, LTV optimization, member experience programs, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage at-scale customer acquisition programs on various channels, including Meta, Tiktok, email, and out-of-home channels.
  • Conceptualize and plan A/B tests across technical and creative variables.
  • Work with the creative team to organize, track, and report on creative tests.
  • Manage cross-channel budgets to achieve CPE and CAC to LTV targets.
  • Analyze and report on performance, drawing reasonable insights about performance.
  • Build and manage complex project plans for key member experience programs.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on member sentiment across channels.
  • Report on subscriber churn and ideate new initiatives to improve customer attention.
  • Build, proof, edit, and send emails across all audiences, continually reporting on performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Strong history of academic and/or extracurricular excellence.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, take on new challenges, and apply feedback.
  • Interest in eCommerce, Direct to Consumer, or the book business.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Grit and perseverance in the face of challenges, and an appetite for a wide variety of learnings and work experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,400 - $100,000, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the book industry.
