About the Role

Book of the Month is seeking a highly analytical and driven individual to join our DTC Growth and Retention Analyst Program. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and retention across our customer acquisition and retention teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition: Manage at-scale customer acquisition programs across various channels, including Meta, TikTok, email, and out-of-home advertising. Conceptualize and plan A/B tests to optimize performance.
  • Retention: Build and manage complex project plans for key member experience programs, such as loyalty programs and member surveys. Analyze and report on member sentiment and subscriber churn to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-functional work: Serve as a project manager for various team and cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve goals. Execute investigations and research on identified topics, compiling and delivering findings in an organized and presentable manner.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and apply feedback.
  • Interest in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or the book business.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Grit and perseverance in the face of challenges.
