In this pivotal position, you will represent our organization, engaging directly with business proprietors, managers, and staff in small to medium-sized enterprises across your designated area. Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:
This role involves outside sales within your assigned territory. You will receive training to engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present some of the industry's finest supplemental insurance products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to general inquiries from clients
- Scheduling follow-up meetings with prospective and current clients to assess their needs
- Participating in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
- Reaching out to new businesses, referrals, and existing clients requiring re-engagement
- Building and maintaining your own client portfolio
- Meeting with your sales team manager to discuss and establish monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Developing relationships with local business owners in your territory
- Setting your own working hours and submitting them to your sales manager weekly
- Following up on provided sales leads and conducting in-person outreach to businesses, balancing cold lead generation with warm leads and appointments
- Reporting your sales metrics and activities daily

- Additional Position Qualifications:
- Health & Life general lines license (or willingness to obtain with licensing reimbursement offered)
