- Guide the organization with a comprehensive approach, overseeing the value streams from inception to completion.
- Offer specialized insights on the intersection of business and technical capabilities to fulfill program objectives.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology sectors by clarifying intricate issues for non-specialists in both domains.
- Establish, implement, and oversee Business Architecture frameworks, encompassing Capabilities, Objectives, Strategies, Value Streams, and Processes, ensuring alignment of projects with these frameworks to maximize business value.
- Perform evaluations of the existing state to pinpoint deficiencies in personnel, processes, technology, and information, and create a target state model along with a transformation roadmap.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to convert business strategies into actionable solutions, providing counsel on how these solutions will bolster overall business aims.
- Craft business cases, assess ROI, and contribute to the analysis of long-term benefits for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Architecture.
- Expert-level understanding of business methodologies, processes, requirements, and standards.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging Business Leaders, Enterprise Architects, and diverse stakeholders, including Program Managers, Development Leaders, and Legal & Compliance teams.
- Preferred certification as a Business Architect through the BA Guild.
- Experience in at least two digital or legacy system transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with two or more software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Adept at creating various logic diagrams and documenting requirements in multiple formats.
- Strong grasp of digital technologies, including BPM, Cloud, and Microservices.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as Zachman and TOGAF.
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Modeling (BPMN 2.0), including swim lanes and collaboration techniques.
