Senior Concessions Manager

The Senior Concessions Manager is a key member of the Concessions Operations team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring safety and financial performance. This experienced food and beverage leader will coach and develop team members to drive operational excellence and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Ensure concession areas are visually appealing and well-merchandised, meeting company standards.
- Execute security, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and secure environment.
- Provide operational planning to ensure adequate teaming levels and product inventory for each concession event.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional guest service, adhering to company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and Levy team members.
- Regularly solicit feedback from clients and guests to inform operational improvements.
- Respond to and resolve departmental guest service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations/Department Head, adhering to company standards.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Verify opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Complete required daily reporting in a timely manner, providing insights for operational improvements.
- Ensure team members adhere to company guidelines, as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook.
- Forecast and schedule team members to meet operational needs and desired targets.
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, maintaining a secure and accurate financial environment.
- Ensure assigned areas are fully stocked and ready for operation, meeting company standards.
- Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication between management and team members.
- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to company guidelines.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Understanding of financial concepts.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
