Job SummarySummary: Responsible for overseeing the effective operation of the assigned concession stand. Manages staff performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Facilitates the sale of concessions, including beverages and food items, to patrons at various events.
- Handles cash transactions and ensures accurate change is provided.
- Monitors cash drawer to maintain sufficient change supply.
- Conducts inventory of supplies and equipment; ensures stock levels meet operational needs.
- Trains concession stand attendants.
- Ensures compliance with timekeeping accuracy and adherence to OSHA and Health Department regulations.
- Contributes positively to the team; demonstrates professionalism with customers, colleagues, and others.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
