Role Summary

The Senior Concessions Manager plays a crucial role in collaborating with the Concessions Operations team to uphold exceptional standards in guest satisfaction, safety, and financial results. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in food and beverage management, demonstrating strong leadership abilities to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehend all menu items, product selections, packaging, and pricing structures.
  • Ensure all concession areas are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Implement and uphold security, safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Develop operational plans to maintain optimal staffing levels and inventory for each event.
  • Adhere to and execute the preventative maintenance schedule as directed by the Director of Concessions.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Maintain high-quality standards consistently.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Regularly solicit feedback from clients and guests to enhance operations.
  • Address and resolve any guest service concerns within the department.
  • Implement all menus, promotions, and programs as directed by the Director of Operations.
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Verify all opening and closing inventories accurately.
  • Complete daily reporting requirements promptly.
  • Compile necessary department reports for month-end closing.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines as outlined in training materials.
  • Forecast and schedule team members effectively to meet operational demands.
  • Oversee proper cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure all areas are fully stocked and operationally ready.
  • Conduct training on the current POS system and concession equipment.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to maintain open communication between management and staff.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Understanding of financial principles.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
