Contract Administration Professional

SOS International LLC is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to support the mission of our Contracts Department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing government and commercial contracts, with a strong understanding of professional Contracts Administration within the Federal Government Agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Support the bid, capture, and contract negotiation processes, ensuring seamless execution of contracts across multiple business units.
- Provide overall contract compliance in accordance with contract requirements, company policy, and procedures, and applicable laws.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Contracts Manager and other functions, including Business Development, Communications, Program Management, Finance, and the Legal team, on bid and proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract review, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with contracting policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements, Cost Accounting Standards, Export Administration Regulations, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
- Manage and monitor the performance of contracts and agreements for conformance to the original proposal and ensure that terms and conditions are met.
- Active in-scope DoD Top Secret, SCI eligible, and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of full life cycle contract administration experience of Federal Government contracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, consulting agreements, and other contractual agreements.
- Experience with intellectual property, data rights, and commercial software and data sales agreements.
- Ability to effectively utilize and manage contract portfolio within Contract Management software.
- Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and related U.S. regulations.
- Familiarity with finance and accounting procedures.
