We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at DaVita. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.

You will also assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Medical secretary or secretarial certification preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related administrative position in a medical setting
