Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Production Coordinator to join our team at United Built Homes. This role will be responsible for performing essential administrative duties and delivering outstanding customer service in the Production Coordinator role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and accurately file sales and residential-construction documents and reports.
  • Track and maintain the seamless and timely flow of documents between the sales and corporate offices.
  • Maintain the retail sales office calendar, ensuring sufficient staff coverage.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative experience required.
  • Prior experience working in a construction/new-home sales office is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable professional training and experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Not required, but would be a plus.
