The Technical Assistance Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Service Technicians during repair operations. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Primary Duties:

Accompanies or meets with Service Technicians at designated sites to assist with service tasks Adheres to instructions from Service Technicians to aid in the completion of repairs, including physical assistance with equipment handling Transports necessary parts and materials to Technicians as required Aids in inventory management tasks such as cycle counts, receiving, and shipping of items Completes assignments related to fleet management, including preparing vehicles for new personnel, transporting fleet vehicles, conducting inspections, and preparing vehicles for retirement and sale Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned Essential Requirements: Valid Driver's License for the state of employment Must be at least 18 years old Required Skills: Ability to physically assist Service Technicians in managing appliances or equipment for repair Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when necessary Capability to handle high-pressure situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safety protocols to protect company and customer assets Effective communication skills with Service Technicians and customers Proficiency in reading and utilizing reports as needed Ability to read, write, and converse in English Adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines Consistent attendance and punctuality Team-oriented mindset to achieve high-performance outcomes Strong customer service orientation Adaptability to change with the ability to implement adjustments swiftly and effectively Positive representation of the company in all actions and behaviors Excellent verbal and listening skills Physical capability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (with the ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs) Ability to perform various physical activities including reaching, handling, standing, walking, and sitting Capacity to frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, and crawl Competence in reaching above shoulder height and typing on a keyboard Ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
