Key Responsibilities- Community Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of our residential communities, including loss prevention, risk management, maintenance, and revenue collection.
- Team Leadership: Direct and manage a team of maintenance technicians and office staff to ensure seamless community operations.
- Financial Management: Analyze and produce monthly financial statements, develop working income for property operations, and maintain accurate community files and records.

- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Experience: Four years' experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in community operations and team leadership.
- Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, ability to work independently and as a team member, excellent time management and organizational skills, and working knowledge of property management software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or real estate.
- Property Management Experience: Previous experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Community Manager, or Apartment Manager.
This role requires working inside and outside of property buildings, with exposure to outside elements. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
