Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Old Harbor Native Corporation. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, responding to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring proper clearance and routing, and notify staff of any issues or concerns.
- Record and maintain accurate records of deliveries, mail, and other important documents.
- Schedule and coordinate the use of conference rooms and other facilities.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and sit for extended periods.
