About the Role

VaynerMedia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and effective communication between internal teams and clients.
    • Understand clients' broad marketing strategies and bring strategic insights into content production and additional work.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including core project work streams and supporting senior account teams on integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Activation
    • Deliver high-quality client-facing conference reports, status documents, and industry and competitive alerts.
    • Own reporting decks, collaborating with paid, creative, and analytics teams to ensure timely delivery of recurring and campaign reports.
    • Stay up-to-date on integrated media landscapes, emerging tech opportunities, and platform best practices.
    • Compile competitive sweeps and analysis to inform team briefings and campaign work.
    • Contribute to the creative process, manage feedback and edits, and hone critical thinking skills.
    • Translate qualitative and quantitative results into client-facing reports, connecting data with original strategy and creating a compelling narrative.
    • Ensure internal teams are aligned with clients' brand strategies and guidelines, offering constructive feedback and proactive solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Provide strong, detailed, and timely communication in day-to-day interactions, both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Organized and attention to detail is critical.
  • Budget and billing responsibilities.
  • Operating knowledge of online and social platforms, content development and publishing, social media advertising trends and tools, community management and engagement strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills, trusted to present decks to clients and support teams on writing/input on strategic decks and creative presentation decks.
  • Intermediate knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Ability to manage time effectively, identify potential barriers, and seek support when needed.
  • Ability to work quickly, both independently and collaboratively.
