Group Business Developer

As a Group Business Developer at The Junto, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for our hotel. This exciting role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Objectives:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual sales targets
- Bid on and win new group business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with hotel sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior hotel sales experience and proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and a range of other perks to support your well-being and career growth.
