Sales Development Manager

The Sales Development Manager at SynQor is responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients in a specified geographical territory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish contact with prospective customers to build a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and own the annual territory sales plan.
  • Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory to meet sales goals.

Training and Development:
The Sales Development Manager will receive training in the following areas:

  • Customer-related interactions, including order management, opportunity creation, and closing business.
  • Territory management, potential customer development, and targeting of specific accounts.
  • Product and industry knowledge.
  • Identifying new customers and opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with concentrations in Sales, Marketing, Business Management/Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of internship or related work experience in sales is desirable.

Essential Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.
