Compensation and Benefits

Role Overview

As the Plumbing Administrative Manager, your day will commence with connecting with your administrative team, establishing an organized and efficient atmosphere. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring seamless processing of invoices and payments. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing payroll, meticulously tracking hours to guarantee timely and accurate employee compensation.

With a focus on compliance, you will adeptly navigate Texas state sales tax regulations, ensuring all necessary documentation is meticulously maintained. Throughout your day, you will engage with vendors, negotiate contracts, and provide support to your team across multiple locations, occasionally visiting them for hands-on training.

Financial Expertise

Your proficiency in financial processes will enable you to analyze data, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within the plumbing or construction sector
  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and collections
  • Familiarity with commercial account billing systems and computer-managed maintenance systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
