Role Responsibilities:
As the Plumbing Administrative Manager, your day will commence with a meeting with your administrative team to establish an organized and efficient workflow. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all invoices and payments are processed seamlessly. Overseeing payroll will involve meticulously tracking employee hours to guarantee timely and accurate compensation.
Your role will also include navigating compliance with Texas state sales tax regulations, ensuring that all necessary documentation is maintained accurately. Throughout the day, you will engage with vendors, negotiate contracts, and provide support to your teams across multiple locations, occasionally visiting them for hands-on training.
Financial Management:

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
