This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits. Role Overview: Plumbing Administrative Manager

As the Plumbing Administrative Manager, your day starts with connecting with your administrative team to set an organized and efficient tone for the day. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth processing of invoices and payments. Overseeing payroll, you will accurately track hours and ensure timely compensation for employees. Your role will also involve navigating Texas state sales tax regulations to maintain compliance and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Throughout your day, you will interact with vendors, negotiate contracts, and provide support to your team across multiple locations, occasionally visiting them for hands-on training. Your financial expertise will be crucial in analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting to keep our operations running efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the plumbing or construction sector
  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and collections
  • Familiarity with commercial account billing systems and computer-managed maintenance systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
