Position Title: Marketing Manager (Hybrid Possible)

Company Overview:

Sharfi Holdings is a multifaceted organization with a rich portfolio that includes a boutique resort, marina, and restaurant, alongside a vibrant campus featuring various dining establishments, an ice cream shop, a coffee shop, and convenience store, as well as residential units and an organic farm. We are also involved in technology solutions and a Part 135 jet charter service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to significantly contribute to the planning, development, and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the visibility and reputation of our diverse business portfolio.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations, taking charge of formulating and implementing extensive marketing strategies designed to boost brand recognition, foster customer engagement, and develop a robust online presence. This role will also involve identifying and coordinating partnerships and events, managing social media content, and tracking brand performance metrics. This is a remarkable opportunity to utilize your marketing skills to elevate our brands and establish a commanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Campaign Development and Execution

o Assist in crafting marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to attract new clientele and retain existing customers;

o Oversee and implement marketing activities, including social media initiatives, email outreach, website enhancements, and online advertising; and,

o Evaluate campaign effectiveness, monitor metrics, and provide insights for ongoing improvement.

· Content Creation and Management

o Partner with the leadership team to develop compelling content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and email communications;

o Manage content schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines; and,

o Conduct research to uncover industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.

· Digital Marketing and Online Presence

o Maintain and refresh the company's websites, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and a user-friendly experience;

o Assist in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, community interaction, and performance analysis; and,

o Support the development and execution of online advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads or social media promotions.

· Partnerships and Events

o Help identify and establish collaborations with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility;

o Coordinate marketing efforts for events, promotions, and sponsorships, both internally and externally; and,

o Attend and represent the company at industry gatherings, networking events, and promotional activities.

· Collateral and Print Material

o Oversee the production of marketing materials, including menus, brochures, flyers, and other print collateral;

o Liaise with external vendors for design, printing, and distribution of marketing assets; and,

o Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all printed materials.

· Market Research and Analysis

o Conduct market research to identify customer demographics, preferences, and trends;

o Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends, to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities; and,

o Prepare reports and presentations summarizing marketing activities, results, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience (2-4 years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector.

· Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media management tools, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and web analytics.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.

· Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and business objectives.

· Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for guests.
