Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Lead Financial Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in financial planning and analysis, partnering with various business units to generate financial reports that assist management in effectively steering the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, and finance.
- Build comprehensive financial models and execute compensation plans/reporting for the sales team, aiding in sound financial decision-making.
- Act as a business partner, creating financial reports to support management in overseeing business operations.
- Prepare and analyze sales and margin forecasts, along with annual cost center budgets, ensuring realistic goal-setting for sales and profit growth.
- Analyze all income statement forecasts and clarify any budget discrepancies to ensure alignment with corporate commitments.
- Participate in Revenue Recognition testing and support compliance audits as necessary.
- Manage the Sales Commission process, including monthly accruals, calculations, and analyses for supported business units.

Your Profile
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance is required.
- A master's degree with at least 3 years of finance experience is preferred.
- Proficient in developing financial models for business implementation.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and BW is advantageous.
