At KidStrong, our mission is to empower parents in nurturing stronger, smarter, and more athletic children. We serve as a milestone accelerator for kids up to 11 years old, helping parents uncover their child's unique abilities and fostering confidence in social and academic settings.

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a background in athletics or coaching, particularly with experience working with children aged 15 months to 11 years. The Director will be responsible for guiding children through a comprehensive curriculum focused on cognitive, physical, and character development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard coaching staff for the center.
  • Conduct training sessions and evaluations for new coaching candidates.
  • Oversee the scheduling and performance assessment of coaching staff.
  • Engage with parents to explain the KidStrong curriculum and its benefits.
  • Ensure that classes run smoothly, maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of the center and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to address center needs and growth strategies.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and programming rollouts.

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for working with children is essential.
  • Management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in coaching children within the specified age range is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of exercise techniques and child development principles is beneficial.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude are crucial.
