Talent Management Strategist

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement talent management strategies
- Design and deliver learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Lead performance management initiatives to drive business results
- Partner with vendors to ensure quality service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, or talent management
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Creativity and design experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
