We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to help us be a destination employer. As a key member of our team, you will design talent management strategies, build programs to improve our culture, develop learning programs, and lead performance management.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in human resources, leadership development and/or talent management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

We would also love it if you had:

  • Prior experience with program/project management
  • Prior experience in talent management including learning & development, curriculum design, training methodologies, and online education
  • Prior experience facilitating, training, and presenting to leadership at all levels
  • Education or certification in executive or performance mentoring
  • Prior experience leading teams in order to facilitate leadership development training programs

Your day may include:

Collaborating with various teams to develop strategies, programs, and technologies that educate and prepare leaders and team members to achieve business goals.

Collaborating with business areas as a strategic thought partner to assess needs, recommend development solutions, then craft and deliver targeted OD programs.

Evaluating, and measuring effectiveness and impact, and tracking participant's progression.

Responsible for leading all programmatic aspects including analyzing, crafting, developing, implementing, and evaluating (ADDIE) assigned programs.

This includes coordination of the big picture and all associated details for programs including handling all logistics such as, but not limited to:

  • Strategic analysis
  • In person and virtual classroom facilitation
  • Communication with participants and business partners
  • Pre-work coordination and post-work sustainment
  • Use of software such as LinkedIn Learning and Workday LMS
  • Development & management of assessments and reports
  • Coordination of ALL deliverables (facilitator guides, participant guides, communication plan, and all other program materials)
  • Prioritization of work in partnership with teams
  • Keeping up with current trends in talent development with respect to development concepts, modalities and program initiatives
  • Facilitating instructor-led training/meeting sessions as needed
  • After action evaluation and review
  • Programmatic renovation post implementation
  • Partnering with vendors to ensure quality service is being provided
