Compensation:

Competitive salary starting at $70,000 based on licensure and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate and diagnose clients' mental health needs
  • Provide tailored mental health services to diverse age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, employing evidence-based methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with regulations by accurately documenting client interactions
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and case consultations to promote effective collaboration
  • Manage a caseload of at least 25 sessions weekly, with flexible scheduling options available
  • Work collaboratively with practice staff and external professionals to improve client care
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Submit necessary documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A master's degree in a relevant mental health field is required
  • Experience in outpatient therapy is preferred
