Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative

At IQVIA INC (US10), we are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing payment assistance solutions to patients and pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fielding requests for card activation, program eligibility, and explanation of program benefits
- Providing first-level support for problem resolution and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate area
- Documenting information specific to the resolution and recognizing operational challenges
- Suggesting recommendations to management as necessary
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
- Must be currently employed as an Affordability Patient Support Representative
