Job Overview

JM Hunter Group is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our district sales team. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving market share, and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of location managers and outside sales representatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience in building materials distribution.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive sales growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • College degree preferred, but experience and skills are more important.
