Job Title: HRIS Administrator

We are seeking a skilled HRIS Administrator to join our team at Rock Island Auction Company. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration, system configuration and data management. They will be responsible for configuring and customizing system workflows, fields and user roles to align with organizational needs.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. However, this may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
  • Configure and customize system workflows, fields and user roles to align with organizational needs.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with IT and vendors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, system configuration or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills.
