Our client is seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to join their Human Resources team This onsite position is a great opportunity to contribute to key HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Interim HR Manager, you will play an essential role in maintaining efficient HR processes and supporting employees.


Responsibilities:

Employee Interaction:

  • Serve as a welcoming point of contact for employees in the HR office.
  • Address general HR inquiries and provide day-to-day assistance.


Data Management:

  • Manage and maintain accurate personnel records and HR files.
  • Handle a high volume of HR data entry and generate routine reports.


Document Administration:

  • Ensure all HR documents, policies, and training records are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Process training documents from supervisors and ensure proper system updates.


Payroll and Benefits:

  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration using Dayforce or similar systems.


Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Organize and facilitate new hire orientations.
  • Prepare welcome materials and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in an HR or administrative role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or HR certification preferred.


Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Dayforce) and Microsoft Office.
