• Utilize Paycom for various HR functions, optimizing its use for efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and appropriate responses
• Maintain a multi-faceted approach to HR, accommodating the diverse needs of the organization.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Expertise in the use of Paycom or similar HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
• Solid experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Familiarity with Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Strong knowledge of HR-related compliance regulations and standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Detail oriented HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
