The anticipated salary range for this position is between $148,500 and $165,000, contingent upon experience, along with a thorough benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k) plan.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Oversee the engineering function with accountability and serve as a backup to the Senior Engineering Manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage the engineering function in alignment with station requirements and regulatory standards.
Supervise the performance and development of assigned engineering personnel in relation to site and corporate objectives, focusing on achieving high-quality engineering outcomes.
Through direct oversight and subordinate leadership, ensure accountability for engineering and technical leadership concerning both short-term and long-term initiatives that influence site operations and reliability.
Engage in Business Planning, Budgeting, and Business Performance reviews concerning assigned staff.
Act as a senior resource for fleet-wide programs and initiatives aimed at standardizing and enhancing engineering systems and processes.
Oversee program site engineers at designated locations, requiring monthly on-site presence at non-primary stations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Licensed Professional Engineer.
8-10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in Power Generation, Industrial, or Manufacturing environments.
Successful completion of FLS Selection Testing.
Experience in Power Generation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Power Generation.
Professional Engineering Registration.
Advanced technical degree or MBA.
