The anticipated salary range for this position is between $104,400 and $116,000, contingent upon experience, along with a thorough benefits package that encompasses bonuses and a 401(k) plan.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The primary responsibility is to plan and prepare work packages for maintenance tasks assigned to various departments (EM, IM, MM), ensuring that plant maintenance is executed safely, reliably, and efficiently, in accordance with the QA manual, company policies, procedures, and relevant codes and standards.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and prepare work instructions that guide the Maintenance Department in corrective maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and modifications. Evaluate and approve procurement recommendations for all materials necessary for executing work packages.
- Conduct field assessments to identify and analyze corrective and preventive maintenance needs, modifications, and surveillance activities, providing insights for enhancing work package quality. Collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to address work package challenges.
- Define the procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials essential for executing planned work packages. Facilitate package preparation by managing various documentation and requests.
- Ensure that work instructions meet all applicable station procedures and standards. Review and approve all required work packages to guarantee safety, quality, technical integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop, revise, and assess maintenance procedures to support and improve work package development while ensuring adherence to codes, standards, and vendor recommendations.
- Oversee project management for other system planners or contractors to refine the detailed elements of overall package preparation.
- Engage in work control and scheduling meetings, planning feedback sessions, and detailed reviews to ensure that all relevant station processes and changes are effectively supported.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma with a minimum of four years of experience in the relevant craft discipline.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Four-year or two-year technical degree.
- Successful completion of core supervisory and management training programs.
- A minimum of five years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
