The anticipated salary range for this position is between $121,500 and $135,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k) plan.

PRIMARY ROLE
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee, assign, and coordinate the execution of refueling floor activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations in alignment with corporate and station objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct refueling floor personnel to ensure all maintenance tasks are executed safely and effectively by qualified staff, adhering to established procedures and site schedules.
- Engage in various aspects of work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering discussions related to online and refueling activities to guarantee proper assignment and readiness for work.
- Communicate effectively and address any plant and personnel issues with the appropriate levels of management.
- Promote open communication and collaboration across all internal and external organizations.
- Supervise activities related to reactor disassembly and reassembly, fuel movements, inspections, and modifications to meet contractual obligations and project timelines.
- Understand and manage all operational processes, including training, surveillance, procedure updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the utility or related industry, including at least 4 years in the specific craft discipline being supervised.
- At least 3 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
- Strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and planning abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Training in relevant disciplines related to reactor, turbine, or steam generator projects.
- Possession of a two-year technical degree.
