Position Overview
The Finance IT Partnership Manager serves as a senior-level strategic collaborator within the Finance department. This role is essential in bridging the gap between various functions, including Technology, Human Resources, Finance, and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to the Finance team.
  • Oversee project management from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive transformational initiatives by leveraging innovative technology and best practices.
  • Facilitate communication between Finance and IT teams, ensuring shared ownership of strategic objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and promote data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a dynamic information systems environment, particularly within Finance or Accounting.
  • Proven expertise in business relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and S4/HANA.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
