Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our PRIDE Program team. As a Case Manager, you will provide support, crisis intervention, and advocacy services to individuals who are victims of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or prostitution.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct support groups for youth, young adults, and adults who are survivors of sex trafficking
  • Provide crisis intervention, support, information, referral, and case management services
  • Connect clients with community resources and assist clients in using resources
  • Assist clients with creating safety and goal plans and monitoring their progress regularly
  • Provide court advocacy as needed
  • Maintain partnerships with law enforcement and assist partners with detail operations as they pertain to victims of sex trafficking
  • Provide appropriate transportation to clients as needed
  • Assist with creating transition/release plans for currently incarcerated clients who are not currently working with any other services
  • Assist clients in obtaining and maintaining housing
  • Coordinate services between clients, probation officers, social workers, treatment centers, shelter teams, therapists, medical professionals, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or a related field
  • Four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Specialized training in trauma-informed care and working with survivors of sex trafficking
  • Experience with direct practice work with women and teens who have experienced trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, and prostitution
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
