Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage complex business processes to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Prioritize work across multiple teams and business processes, and facilitate issue resolution
  • Interact regularly with management and leadership teams to understand and meet business goals
  • Manage complex initiatives and project work to ensure accurate and timely completion, and communicate project and team statuses, issues, risks, and recommendations to management
  • Collaborate closely with business partners, and IT to identify areas of automation and efficiency
  • Responsible for ongoing day to day vendor relationship management to support finance operations functions
  • Support, coach, and train staff to ensure a smooth functioning and high performing department; Mentor, motivate and develop staff to obtain maximum performance; Provide performance feedback and reviews
  • Continuously improve department procedures, management processes and technology solutions
  • Ensure adherence to corporate controls and polices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 7 years progressive work experience in finance, operations, project management or related field
  • Managed health care experience is preferred
  • Analytical experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, training, coaching, and overseeing performance of others
