Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Campaign Operations to lead our innovative team in transforming the Creator Economy. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in early-stage companies, possess a talent for converting ideas into impactful campaigns, and have a strong passion for creator strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Development: Direct and cultivate high-performing teams, including the Campaign Operations team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of brands and the Account Management team focused on strategic growth and quality of key client relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' businesses and target demographics. Collaborate closely with partner teams to design and implement integrated multi-platform campaigns that yield significant results.
  • Performance Oversight: Ensure campaign performance and continuous enhancement, maintaining high-quality output across all deliverables while adhering to timelines and budget constraints throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Oversee and refine best-in-class tools and processes for creator identification, contract negotiation, FTC compliance, content strategy, measurement, and ROI analysis.
  • Strategic Counsel: Provide clients with expert advice on optimal influencer and creator content strategies, utilizing data to craft compelling narratives that create new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Creator Growth teams to ensure an exceptional experience for both Brands and Creators.
  • Strategic Contribution: Actively participate in company strategy discussions regarding the future of social commerce, digital media, and technology, representing a creator-first perspective in executive decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the creator economy from brand, platform, or agency perspectives.
  • 7+ years in a leadership capacity within a high-performing team, demonstrating the ability to develop and nurture talent.
  • Proven experience in managing campaign performance and engaging directly with creators.
  • Track record of driving operational excellence through customer-oriented KPIs.
  • Experience in early-stage companies.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a focus on team building, account growth, and prospect acquisition.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to identify opportunities and contribute to business strategy.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong cultural competency with an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
  • Experience collaborating with product teams to enhance operational processes and software development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a P&L.
  • 3+ years in affiliate marketing.
  • Extensive experience in agency or client-based sponsorship account management.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $170K-$210K, along with bonuses and equity options.
