Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at P410 Hospitality LLC. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and support to our barista team, ensuring seamless store operations, and maintaining a healthy store culture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the barista team, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality products.
- Assist the Store Manager in running the store efficiently, including managing inventory, ordering, scheduling, and team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including inventory, sales, and employee data.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or quick service establishment.
- Experience handling inventory, ordering, scheduling, interviews, and team management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
P410 Hospitality LLC is a faith-driven franchisee of Scooter's Coffee, passionate about using our skills and talents to honor God and serve those around us. We believe in more than just serving amazing coffee; we're passionate about loving others through kindness and empathy.
