Assistant Store Manager

At 75th Ave Store (75th Ave & Thomas), we are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our sales floor team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales floor associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales floor associates to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage store appearance, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Partner with the store manager to achieve sales targets, manage expenses, and optimize store performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other retail management software.
