Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Monitor product levels and manage inventory to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Lead and manage a team of sales floor associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, store maintenance, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that sales floor associates have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to sales floor associates.
- Manage store budgets and financial reports to ensure that the store is operating within budget.
- Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of retail management experience required.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
