Document Administration Specialist

The Abacus company is seeking a skilled Document Administration Specialist to support the management of quality systems and GxP documents. The ideal candidate will have intermediate office skills, previous administrative experience, and knowledge of regulated industries.
Job Responsibilities:- Support document management activities, including preparation, upload, approval, and effectivity of controlled documents.
- Manage logbooks, ensuring retrieval, reconciliation, and replacement as per procedure.
- Complete assigned training for quality systems, including Documentum and ComplianceWire.
- Archive GxP documents off-site, handling, documenting, and data entry.
- An associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Computer skills and ability to learn software quickly, including Documentum and ComplianceWire.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
