Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with two years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or call center is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
  • Basic understanding of cash handling and reconciliation is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information are crucial.
